Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout.

Prints are made to order in Melbourne and usually leave within 7–14 days of payment. You will receive tracking when the parcel is handed to the courier.

We book delivery through Interparcel, which allocates Australia Post or another courier depending on destination and size; and Pack & Send. Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube. Original paintings and any framed work ship by arranged courier; dates are agreed before dispatch.

International orders may attract duties or tax in the destination country. Those charges are the buyer’s.

We pack for transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will deal with the carrier and, where Australian Consumer Law requires it, reprint, replace or refund.
