Refund policy

Prints and original paintings sold on adoniart.com are made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a work arrives damaged, is the wrong size or title, or is not of acceptable quality, email adoni@adoniart.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the work. Where the law requires it, we will reprint, replace or refund.

Commission deposits of 50% are not refundable if you cancel. The balance is due within 7 days of invoice.

Sale and discounted items follow the same rule: no change-of-mind returns; Australian Consumer Law still applies.
